 All Prices quoted are valid for 60 days, and subject to availability. We price match any genuine like-for-like quote at our discretion. We endeavour to despatch 'shop'
goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment. ‘Repair’ quotes are only valid when inspection/test of items supplied, has been carried out. We may charge a £40
inspection/test fee for any items sent for repair to cover our time and costs. Postage, removal/refitting, and Insurance costs are not included unless specifically stated.
Payment may will be requested prior to return of repaired or inspected item unless under warranty. Warranty is only extended to new parts supplied or new parts fitted.
Parts damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, Faulty or incorrectly supplied parts must be reported to us within 24 hours. A handling charge
may be applicable if returned ‘faulty’ goods are found to be in working order or if goods where correctly despatched to order. It is your responsibility to provide adequate
packaging and insurances in any eventuality. Any installation charges quoted are based on fitment to an OEM standard vehicle specification (and subject to stock
availability).
Charges may be applicable (agreed in advance) if supplied vehicle has previous installed hardware that necessitates additional costs or fitment of additional
hardware on our part. Any software supplied is from the manufacture in original form (not copy) unless stated. We cannot guarantee software editions supplied by us.
If you are unsure of any matter relating to a pending installation - please contact us first. All quoted installation times are estimates but cannot be guaranteed.
PrestigeCarMedia.com is not liable for any travel costs or overnight accommodation charges. TV and Radio reception is dependent on received signal strength - please
check coverage in your area. No intended quality of signal is implied by us in mobile or stationary conditions. Viewing Television images whilst driving is illegal.
Installations are by prior appointment. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit (£50) to secure an appointment. Any discounts will be stated in advance. Payment
on completion of installation. PrestigeCarMedia.comcharge £40 per hour for any additional work you may specify. .We reserve the right to change specifications without
